The kitchen, living, dining areas and patios with BBQs, are all on the 2nd floor, where the golf course and ocean views are best seen. The pool is heated in the winter months and cool and refreshing in the summer.  There are laundry facilities on the grounds, as well as cable TV for all townhouses.
