Sip your morning coffee on the terrace of Privadas, watching the sun rise over the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Privadas are six very spacious and airy condos. They are, just as their name implies in Spanish, "private." Tropical vegetation and palm trees fill the common area.

Situated on the hillside overlooking the Sea of Cortez,  Privadas has a spectacular 180 degree view south to the famous Palmilla Hotel and north to Punta Gorda from the front terrrace.

Restaurants, convenience shopping, bus and taxi services are all very close. And the historic "centro" of San José del Cabo is an invigorating walk or a short cab or bus ride away.

Each condo, whether located on the ground floor or 2nd floor, has 2 very large bedrooms, with 2 queen sized beds and A/C, in each room, as well as full bathrooms, and can sleep up to 8 persons.

The living room, dining room and kitchens are in the center of these condos, with the bedrooms on either end. Total square footage is 2,200. They are fully furnished in attractive and comfortable tropical décor.

The pool is ocean view, very relaxing, including outdoor BBQ grill and palapa shade area. Sit on the back terrace and view dazzling sunsets over the hills.

Each condo has all the amenities, including DSS satellite TV/VCR, and BBQs on the balcony/patio.
